The Company’s Privacy Policy noted here, available on its website, outlines the types of information collected, how it is used, and the security measures in place to protect it.

1.2 By using the Company’s services, Customers acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information as described in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

1.3 The Company may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance the Customer’s experience and improve the functionality of its website and services. Customers can manage their cookie preferences through their web browser settings.

1.4 You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that we provide in connection with your use of Coinhub ATMs and transactions when entering into a transaction. Accepted communications include (through text or email):

• An access code text (SMS) message associated with every transaction attempted at this kiosk;
• A text message with a receipt of your transaction you conducted;
• Notifications about special pricing, promotions, user agreement, or expansion and news of Coinhub.

You can request cancellation of any text messages or communications by responding with the word STOP to the text messages. By not submitting a STOP request, you agree to continually accept communications from the Company. You may also submit a request to stop communication by sending an email to social@coinhubatm.com with the subject line “Stop Communication” and your details in the email as to your information such as phone number and email address. For such requests, it may take up to 10 business days to properly stop outbound communication.

1.5 Embedded Content:

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

1.6 If available to the Company, you may request to receive via email or approved communication medium depending on circumstance by the Company the following information:

• Account details, history, transaction receipts, confirmations, and any other Account or transaction information;
• Legal and regulatory disclosures or statements;
• Responses to claims or customer support inquiries filed in connection with your Account.
• Unless required by law in a specific format, we may provide these Communications to you by posting them to the CoinhubATM website, emailing them to you at the primary email address with which you have contacted us, or communicating to you via instant chat, and/or through other electronic communication such as text message (SMS) or mobile push notification.

1.7 Identity Verification: LGST Services dba Coinhub may request certain identifying information in order to comply with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. This information includes, but is not limited to:

• your name;
• your photographic identification;
• your address;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• your date of birth; 
• social security number;
• employment information;
• citizenship status;
• valid secondary identification documents;
• and other applicable information depending on requirements as per the compliance teams discretion.

1.8 We may share your personal information with:

• Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit;
• Financial institutions with which we partner when required by law;
• Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. You will receive prior notice of any change in applicable policy.);
• Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when: We are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure; or We believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our User Agreement;
• Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so. Company will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
