Notice of Restitution Eligibility – Action Required
LSGT Services d/b/a/ Coinhub (“Coinub”) is making restitution payments to certain individuals who purchased digital assets from Coinhub at a California kiosk from January 1, 2025 to March 21, 2025 and who may have been charged more than the maximum fees allowed by law.
These payments are pursuant to its Consent Order with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (“California DFPI”). For more information about the Consent Order, please visit the California DFPI website at https://dfpi.ca.gov/.
What You Need to Do
Eligible individuals must request a payment by:
- Completing the form and certification linked below.
- Selecting your preferred method to receive your restitution payment: either mailed check or USDC transfer to an Ethereum blockchain address under your exclusive control.
Upon receiving a completed form from you, Coinhub will assess whether your form is complete and verify that you are eligible to receive a restitution payment. Coinhub may require additional information or documentation in order to process your restitution request.
If you believe that you may be eligible to receive a restitution payment, please complete the form linked below by March 1, 2026. Coinhub may not be able to process late restitution requests.
Please note that digital asset transactions are irreversible. Coinhub will not be responsible for errors if you designate an invalid address or provide an address for a blockchain other than Ethereum.
