1. The agreement
By activating, you ("Affiliate") agree to refer customers to the CoinHub ATM network using a unique affiliate code issued by CoinHub ATM ("Company").
2. Code validity & renewal
Each affiliate code is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation. After 12 months, the code will expire and no further commissions will be paid on transactions using that code. Affiliate may request an extension or renewal by submitting a written request to Company (email is acceptable) prior to the expiration date. Renewal is at Company's sole discretion and, if granted, will be confirmed in writing with a new 12-month term.
3. Commission
Affiliate will receive a commission equal to one percent (1%) of the gross transaction volume processed at any CoinHub ATM kiosk where the customer enters Affiliate's unique code during the active 12-month term. This works out to $10 USD for every $1,000 USD in volume. Commission is calculated on completed, non-reversed transactions only.
4. Payment schedule
Commissions are paid monthly, on the 5th day of each calendar month, for activity in the prior calendar month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, payment will be issued the next business day. Payment is made via the method selected by Affiliate (USDT on the ERC-20 network, or U.S. paper check), using the details Affiliate provides.
5. Affiliate responsibilities
Affiliate agrees to display the issued code in good faith at the location described, to keep payment and contact information current, and to comply with all applicable laws — including, where relevant, money-transmission, advertising, and tax laws. Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting commission income to applicable tax authorities and will receive a 1099-NEC for U.S. earnings of $600 or more per calendar year.
6. Prohibited conduct
Affiliate may not (a) misrepresent CoinHub ATM's services or rates, (b) self-refer or instruct family members to use the code on Affiliate's own transactions for the primary purpose of earning commission, (c) use the code in connection with any unlawful activity, or (d) operate or maintain the physical ATM kiosk. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Crypto payment terms
USDT payments are made exclusively on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network. Company will not send USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Solana, or any other network. If Affiliate selects USDT, Affiliate accepts all risk associated with on-chain transactions and is responsible for providing a valid ERC-20-compatible wallet address. Company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, wrong-network sends, lost private keys, or third-party wallet failures. Payment is final upon broadcast.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Company may terminate immediately for cause. Commission earned prior to termination, in good standing, will be paid on the next scheduled cycle.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
